EEn dosage

Hi, i'm about to start EEn, i won't be able to take a blood test until july, is there a dosage who is like sure 100% i will be in the female range ?

I know the reccomanded dosage is 4mg-6mg / week or 5-7mg / 10 days

But i've seen a post where a girl talk about being on the female range with just 2mg / week ??? I know all the body are different, but, is there a dosage who will assure me to be in female range then ?

I think maybe in may i'll be able to run either T or E2 test but not both, both i will only be able to do it on july so i just need a good dosage for me because i don't want to waist time..
