Making my own build and wanted some advice - warlock

So everyone and their mother is going the same build and there’s nothing about what I’m building or I haven’t seen it. Long story short…

I think I’m around 20 paragon doing around 50k consistent hits and it can range to about 140k when the stars align every couple of months.

I’m demon form(perma) , I have 35 levels into the ult.. I think that only affects my basic attack damage… & my main issue is… sometimes I proc fortify generation and sometimes I don’t. I’m full archfiend skills and I can’t find where or how to generate more .. I guess that’s problem one.

Problem two when I fix fortify is to scale my damage.. I’m not sure if putting levels into the skills on the tree effect the skills when I transform permanently.🤔 I plan to scale health for damage and toughness which scales with fortify when I figure that out or a kind soul saves me time.. My minions I think proc vulnerable and the demon eye cannon ability weakens or does both not too sure.. so that’s Health/(not sure if fortify counts as added health which also could scale damage)/vulnerable damage/crit damage if I can fit all of this…

If you read all of this and are building gods I’m open for advice and how to proceed if it sounds legit. If you have questions I’ll answer.
