What does your school do about kids who are physically violent with staff?

I teach lower primary and have a student who has been swearing, hitting, kicking and attempting to bite me. Student is removed for short periods but these incidents have continued to occur. After it happened today I had to keep teaching like nothing was wrong but I was physically shaking.
