Decision MPhil Development Studies Cambridge

Anyone heard back from Cambridge? I applied to Mphil Development Studies but I am not sure if they have an interview for this program.

My application says “Under Review by the Department “

I applied exactly on the day of the deadline i. e. 26th February, so the 12 week deadline had not passed. But has anyone heard back or do they have interviews? I do not know much.
