Double Split Theory

If atoms being observed changes there state as the split experiment shows and observing them changes their behaviour, wouldn’t it be logical to think that our consciousness has a direct effect on matter? Therefore the very thing that we’ve been looking for on how the universe ticks and what’s behind the universe, could be conniousness itself?
