I can't survive without my phone and sleeping

I just need my mobile, a bed , darkness to just be hidden from everyone and scroll until I'm sleepy .

It's the only way to survive for me I can't survive one day without my phone , when i don't have my phone on my hand I feel weird and empty like i have no other things to do

I have been doing only these things for 5 years now
