Is the in-game phone red notification bugged??

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone has the same problem as me with the in-game notification phone that has the red "!" that isn't clearing. I've checked each menu and can't seem to find where its trying to get me to go look at. It's not that big of a deal I guess, but to me its definitely a constant eye sore that I subconsciously keep looking at. I hope its just a small bug they can work out
