bike sizing for long torse short legs?

hello! i recently used the size guide for giant. measured arm`, femur, torso, and leg.

I'm 6'4 with a 32 inch torso and 32 inch inseam. giant is recommending me a size small frame?? do people with long torso and short legs typically size down?
