Hİ . I AM LOKİNG FOR HOLOCAOUST/İSRAEL EPİC SERİAS A MOVİE İT WAS -4- BETAMAX CASETTES

Hİ I am L ooking for a film I watched in the early 1990s but I can't remember the title. It was a very long production, approximately 5-6 hours, recorded on 4 Betamax cassettes. It had English subtitles and I believe it came from the UK. It had no commercial distribution and was not available in video rental stores.

The film was about: The persecution of Jews in Nazi Germany during World War II, including concentration camps. Resistance groups rescued Jews and smuggled them by boat through Italy to the shores of Palestine/Israel. The first arrivals set up camp on the beach, built shelters, and gradually established a settlement. New groups of Jewish refugees kept arriving from

Europe. In the second half of the film, there is a young man with blue eyes and light brown hair who believes he is German, but is actually a Jewish child who was rescued during the war. He does research in Germany and Poland. Eventually he travels to Israel, where he discovers that his father was one of the founders of the Israeli settlements — and that he himself is Jewish.

I know that a copy of this film exists in the cinema archive of a university in Turkey. Does anyone know the title of this film?
