It finally happened to me: low coin discounts, impossible to redeem gems

Well, I have seen here regularly people complaining about very low coins discounts and nearly impossible to exchange gems for shopping credits, and it finally happened to me.

Until now I was in a very comfortable situation, I had accumulated coins regularly and completed the world tour. I could find very good > 50% coins discounts, and could exchange 1$ and 5$ shopping credits with no problems. And I made good use of all that. Last time I ordered stuff for real money regularly was around November last year, and even before that I was using coins heavily. Since November I have ordered around 200 items for like 0.01 to 0.10 $, and only around 5 or so for 1 - 3 dollars and only one single item (a convoy torch) for 15$. This was the only item I paid significant money for since probably summer 2025.

Well, seems that AliExpress thought it was time to stop subsidizing me haha. Fair enough, no complains at all.

Now I wonder, for others that have experienced the same, is it reversible? Has anyone managed to go back to "normal"? Note that I am not experiencing the symptoms of a shadow ban, I still get my coins and gems, but now they are practically worthless.
