How do you handle hanging out with the moms from your childs friendgroup

How do you handle hanging out with moms who are so presentable, financially stable and just well connected.

My sons friendgroup all have MARRIED parents, moms who are spoiled and pampered by their husbands, when you’re a single mom who barely has time to take care of yourself and make yourself look good?

I tend to skip unless its a birthday party because I felt so small last time I went, they all have businesses and fancy cars etc and I can tell some of them were only nice to me out of pity.

How do you handle these things? Its pretty confidence stripping
