Lighting options other than tubelights?

Hi all, in my home most rooms have just tube lights. They are all mostly cold white, 5600K I think. No matter how much I do, the room feels dull. Seeing all the photos, mostly AI generated, have warmer lighting, and the rooms are well lit.

People also keep mentioning to not use the tubes, but to have multiple smaller lights. Also the electrical connection seems to be an issue, not every place has a plug point or outlet to add light sources.

I want to know how you implemented these? What other sources did you add in your house? Like lamps, led strips, etc. Can you share some real photos of how you did it.
