Lenovo Legion 7

I recently bought a second hand lenovo legion 7 2021, the specs are nice ( 16inch 2.5k display 165hz Ryzen 9 5900hx 32gb ram 1TB ssd RTX 3080 16gb vram) so i bought it for 69,000 philippine peso. I'm not that knowledgeable about gaming laptops and i only relied on what i have searched on google and other platforms. I tested it out and noticed that the battery is decreasing 1% per minutes. Is that normal even if im only scrolling lightly? p.s. it has 89% battery health

I turned on and off all the recommendations by google, like the hybrid and quiet mode, turning off overdrive, and disabling the corsair icue services and it is still decreasing 1% per minute

What should I do?

note: im an architecture student and i bought this laptop because of its 32 gb ram and 16vram specs
