I want to pursue online MBA

Hello Everyone. I am a Btech graduate (computer science) and will be joining a company in BLR as a fresher. I want pursue online MBA in either Descion Science or IT. I am not sure how these things work. I want to do this degree not as immediate career growth but something which I can use later in my career. Are there any good colleges which offer completely online MBA which I can do along with my job. As i said I am completely fresher.
