Urgently need full body CT Scan results with diagnosis to submit in office

I need to show a full body CT scan with results and diagnosis to submit in office. I am already on my week off and my manager just won’t let me be, he is demanding a full body CT scan and the diagnosis so I can take this week off please help 🙏
