I (19F) can't tell if the guy (22M) ive been talking too actually likes me?

For context I (19F) have been talking to this guy (22M) since early/mid February after meeting on a dating app. Our first "date" was at his house (kinda odd i know...) we watched a movie and talked for a few hours in his bed, but after he went off the grid up until about 2 ish weeks ago. I saw him for the 2nd time this morning (at his house again), he gave me a hug and said he missed me and that i look amazing, after playing a few games on his Wii (that hes very proud of) in his living room we went up to his bedroom to watch a movies like last time but he kept a LOT of room between us on the bed like a good 2 feet. He never reached a hand towards me or scooted closer at any point. I guess im a little confused because he then offered to have me over 2 more times this week (which i accepted). Maybe im reading into it too much but ive never been on a "date" with a guy where he keeps so much distance especially while watching a movie. He seems very interested in talking to me but im really not seeing any romantic or even sexual intentions coming from him, but maybe im really reading into it too much? Should I try making a move? Im really attracted to him and would at least like an arm around my shoulders during a movie you know? Or maybe i should just go with whatever flow he has going on? Any insight or advice is greatly appreciated!!
