Fremont and 200th/195th

Why do people not stop at these intersections? Multiple people blow through the stop sign. While they may slow down, they do not stop per the law.

Multiple times have I almost been hit as a pedestrian, or t-boned because people don’t fucking stop.

Both have stop signs. One has a flashing light. Do they seriously just not give a shit even though there’s a school one block over?!
