40 [M4F] Italy – Married dad

Hi,

I’m Luke, 40, from Italy. Married, two young kids, full life - not looking to change it, just feeling like something small is missing along the way.

I work in research (math), which sounds serious, but I promise I’m easy to talk to. I like mountains, northern landscapes, running, cooking, and wine (I’m a sommelier, which mostly means I appreciate the good stuff).
I’m 190 cm tall, messy brown hair, mustache and a bit of beard - apparently I give off some Pedro Pascal vibes (not my words, but I’ll take it).

I enjoy finding connections - sometimes they’re just short and fun, sometimes (even better) they grow into something more engaging and a bit playful, where you end up talking about everything - kids, work, random thoughts - and in between send each other silly pics or videos we’ll probably regret later.

I’m not looking for anything that disrupts real life. No pressure, no expectations, no need to talk every day - just something that feels natural, easy, and genuine when it happens.

At the same time, I do miss that spark - the kind of attention, curiosity, and light excitement that’s hard to find in everyday routine. If it’s there, I’m open to letting things become a bit more playful and intimate over time.

I’m also comfortable sharing pics and videos when there’s mutual interest - nothing forced, just part of feeling a bit closer.

Location isn’t a big deal - happy to chat with someone from anywhere if our schedules line up. I do tend to vibe more with Europe, East Asia, Canada, or Oceania though.
