Kidney failure on dialysis. What do we do?

To clarify im the husband. My wife doesn't have a reddit , and i've asked for her permission to post here. All questions will be given to her. I apologize if it comes off as being creepy.

As said in title, she has end stage kidney failure. Im aware prolactin levels are raised because of it. I'm not sure if it isn't her case, though.We never had it tested. She was on standard contraceptives once a day, she elected to stop taking them though.

As usual , there is constant stimulation of the area. We are hoping because of her condition that it would eventually cause production. Alas, no dice.

Here's hoping that there is a solution. We wanna make ice cream.
