Issues with Hollywoodbets customer support in South Africa

Has anyone else in South Africa had problems with Hollywoodbets customer support?
Recently I experienced slow responses and long waiting times, and it was hard to get a clear answer. Just wondering if this is a one-off issue or something others have noticed too.
