Choosing FLAME University: The Right Balance of Academics, Exposure, and Campus Life
I’m currently deciding between FLAME University, Jindal Global Business School (JGBS), and Symbiosis International University for a BBA/Global BBA program, and I’d really appreciate some honest insights.
Here’s my situation:
- I already have an offer from JGBS (BBA Hons. in Family Business) and FLAME
- I’m quite confident I’ll convert Symbiosis as well
- I’m trying to decide my preference order among the three
What I’m mainly looking for:
-
Strong academics and practical exposure (not just theory)
-
Good internships and placements opportunities
-
A college life that’s fun and engaging (clubs, events, peer group, etc.)
-
A balanced environment—I want to enjoy college, but I’m not into smoking/drinking culture
-
Long-term value (brand name, alumni network, opportunities after graduation)
Right now, I’m slightly inclined towards FLAME because of the flexibility, exposure, and overall campus vibe—but I’m not 100% sure if that’s the smartest decision in terms of placements and long-term ROI compared to Symbiosis or even JGBS.
Would love to hear from current students or alumni:
- How do these colleges actually compare in real life (not just brochures)?
- Is FLAME worth choosing over Symbiosis?
- How is the crowd, culture, and academic pressure in each?
- What would your preference order be if you were in my place?
Any honest advice or personal experiences would really help me make a more informed decision. Thanks in advance!
