Starting at a new Residency program - what to think about?

Its a brand new program. Not going to specify speciality as I dont want to dox myself. But generally, what is the good and bad from people who've been in this position as the first year of residents?

What will I be lacking in terms of not having seniors and just attendings?

Any deficits that I can work to fix?

Any positives?
