Some people, when experiencing a QHHT session for the first time are surprised when they recognize that the higher self IS themselves. It can be a significant moment where the “third wall” breaks, and it all can seem so very simple yet complex at the same time.

This is a powerful moment for our human psyche. It allows us to create a strong, grounded foundation for massive spiritual and psychic growth to then follow. It’s the type of growth where the internal noise clears and dense energy begins to dissipate for a stronger connection to our divine intelligence to be built upon. This holds the potential for each and every one of us to experience ourselves as a spark of Source living out the divine plan of our own (co) creation.

It can also feel like another layer of ego death for some. “I feel like I made this up,” many people say, when reflecting upon what their higher self shared in their first session. Yes, it very much can, especially at first.

However, the act and the art of “making things up” is a signal of our inherent divine power, yet society has conditioned us to look at this in a negative way. What if we looked at it in a a positive way? What if you’re simply naturally gifted at the art of visualization? What if your inherent connection is simply stronger than that of the general population? These are TOOLS, and they’re ours for the mastering.

As we continue to trust in the experience of what our higher self and divine intelligence looks, sounds, and feels like, allowing ourselves the patience and grace to be a learner of our internal extra sensory gifts, we refine them over time. We become better acquainted with divine inspiration, creation, and what is ours, and what isn’t. Our perspective broadens; it shifts, and from this, we begin to recognize the true limitless nature of our potential.

How has your connection to your higher self developed over time and practice? Did you experience a QHHT session and find this to be a similar experience?
