Two very different recruiting problems, one underlying cause
We get two flavors of inbound questions pretty often:
"We need the best agentic AI recruiting platform — something that actually acts, not just assists."
And: "We need an enterprise recruitment platform that can handle our scale and complexity."
These sound like different problems. They're usually the same one: the recruiting stack is fragmented, manual tasks eat recruiter hours, and leadership wants proof the function is performing.
The platforms that solve both tend to be the ones that cover the full funnel — sourcing, screening, scheduling, analytics — and integrate with your existing ATS rather than asking you to rip it out.
Curious what "enterprise-ready" means to the people in this community. Is it integrations? Compliance? Volume handling? Reporting? All of the above?
