Two great days at the Gartner Digital Workplace Summit in London

Technological advancements are worth nothing if employees don't embrace them - both on the tech and business end. In 2026, digital workplace leaders are at the center of many expectations - hyped and realistic. A sound governance strategy helps them find the perfect balance between innovation and compliance, security and cost control. 💙

The AI-first workplace is evolving at a rapid pace. To fully benefit from it, as an organization, you will succeed only if and when you empower your workforce. Trust has to go both ways, and both guardrails AND education will help establish that. 💡

New capabilities emerge on a daily basis. One very interesting one we got a first glimpse at in London: Digital Workplace Operations Automation, an orchestration layer on top of organizations' standard toolsets. Visibility is crucial when innovating fast. But automation allows you to scale. 😎
