Jagex, give us the option to lock our points and unlock new regions!

As nice as the new pacts system is, we are heavily constrained by our regions.

For its full potential:

Crossbow build only works if you have wildy.

Mage (air or water) only if you have Kandarin.

Thorns if you have morytania.

Please give us the option to lock our points and unlock new regions!
