Can someone explain this to me?

When I've been looking at the Jafaar BTS pics and vids, particularly the Bad era ones, even when he wasn't acting or portraying MJ, all I could see was MJ, even without CGI. But when its an impersonator, even the ones that look EXACTLY like him, it feels like theres something missing. But with Jafaar, even when theres no movie magic on him done to look just like MJ, I still see MJ on him. Its like you can feel him.
