Hyte X50 gaming PC build

Hello! Looking to build a new gaming pc as my old one is slowing down quite a bit.

• New build or upgrade? - New build!
• Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links) - I have the Hyte X50 case. No fans for it though.
• PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games) - Gaming (League, overwatch, marvel rivals) Digital art (Adobe photoshop & illustrator)
• Purchase country? Near Micro Center? - U.S. Not near a micro center
• Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate) - None, already have 2.
• Budget range? (Include tax considerations) - Around $2500 USD or less, but willing to go up to $3000 if the difference is super worth it.
• WiFi or wired connection? - Wifi
• Size/noise constraints? - None
• Color/lighting preferences? - I have the matcha green case, so would love the parts to be white. Details/cables/lights etc. can be pastel pink, blue, or green.
• Any other specific needs? - 2TB+ storage, 64GB ram
