Planning to move to magnolia court apartments. Anything I should be wary of?

A lot of the reviews seem positive but it’s almost like too positive lol just double checking I’m not walking into a nightmare lease. I’m aware being near the highway tends to attract more ruckus but I’m fine with that personally
