You have (almost) the worst single target/burst AND consistent healing in the game. You only beat Mantis and it's not by a lot.

"bUt I eNd MaTcH wItH mOsT HeAlS" yeah, because it's an AoE that hits the whole team. CnD is only good for Cloak's utility, not Dagger's healing.
