Need help with affording basic necessities and bills

I recently left my incredibly abusive dad's abusive household because he got physical with me, instead of it just being emotional and mental abuse. It was the straw that broke the camel's back in a long conga line of my issues with him and I just didnt have the strength to do it anymore, he's hurt me so much over my left and I knew if I kept trying, I would destroy myself in the process.

I am currently on food stamps and trying to sort out getting on disability due to medical issues that have made it difficult for me to function on a daily basis, while also trying to get into transitional housing until because the place I'm staying has tons of issues that I am unable to take care of due to the extent of the damage.

I need about $250 as I need to get things such as toilet paper, dish soap, copay for my medications, and paying my phone bill as well as some food since I won't be getting my stamps for a bit and I have no food right now.
