Just filled my prescription

Hi all! I’m a 31yo M, who has been struggling with my weight on and off my whole life. This past year was super stressful and I lost complete control and passed the 400lb mark. My son just turned 1, my Father-in-law just passed, and I’m now almost diabetic.

I want to be here for my son, so I just pulled the trigger and filled my prescription.

I’m using the vials from Lilly Direct and low key terrified of the self administered injections, but I think I'm more terrified of what will happen to me if I don’t control my weight.

Any advice and/or encouragement from those already on this journey would be helpful!
