Update on Jaisy HD
So yesterday and today, I kept asking for more information regarding Jaisy’s dismissal.
There’s 3 versions, but the most realistic and accurate one is the last.
-
I asked a colleague if he knew what had happened to Jaisy. He told me that on Monday afternoon in the employee break room, Jaisy had clocked in to return to the floor on the iPad, but instead of taking her scheduled 30-minute break, she ended up taking 45 minutes while the other cashiers waited for her to return to the registers. The problem is that when she came to sit down instead of returning to her station, a supervisor who was in the room at the time noticed, and that's why he fired her.
I talked about this one personally with Jaisy and she told me it was false, ‘cause she only did that once that’s it!
(I’ll name him Danick—> referring to the one who divulged me this information) -
I asked Talia another employee the same question as asked for Danick, and she said the Jaisy was fired because she was on her phone. (This one is a bit hard to believe, cause Jaisy was never on her phone except to see the time)

I asked Feonia the same question I asked Danick and Talia. She told me that Jaisy got fired because she wasn't cheerful every time she saw a customer. The fact is, she was too neutral; she rarely smiled at customers and only said "Hello" without a smile, just a neutral greeting. She wasn't lively or active enough. I'm not saying she was slow, but she just didn't have any cheerful interaction. ( This one is the real reason why she got fired, and why do I say that? It’s because is really how she was acting when I worked with her. She could’ve at least fake a cheerful interaction, just saying (Hello) or (How are you) with a smile won’t kill anyone. Sometimes she’ll just do a fast smile like this(🙂) and that’s it she looked really shy.
And y’all , nooo she didn’t steal anything from the shop, she wasn’t a bad employee, she just lacked communication with clients that’s it.
(These a fake names that I created to protect the real identity of my colleagues)
