'Him is one of the most disturbing movies ever made. Change my mind

I'm a huge horror fan, have been since i was a kid. Tonight I started watching 'Him' because it's streaming now. Not even halfway through the movie I considered turning it off. I would consider this film body and psychological horror. I (44F white) am horrified at the price the lead character pays to fulfill his dream of being the GOAT in NFL. The toxic masculinity, the push and pull of his moral compass, and not-so-subtle tones of systemic racism in pro sports is so disturbing. I don't want to give anything away, but the x-ray scenes of damage to the body almost through me over the edge.
