Dual booting Windows and CachyOS without reinstalling Cachy?

I've tried dual booting windows and linux via separate SSDs but my second SSD is PAINFULLY slow and showing signs that it's about to fail, plus i can't get another SSD right now so dual booting with different partitions on the same SSD is the only option, how can I do that with CachyOS?

At the moment my SSD only has CachyOS on it, can I somehow shrink CachyOS' partition so I can install windows without having to reinstall? thanks
