We couldn't get an ultimate buff?

Been waiting MONTHS to years for a better ultimate. I mean like it's cool but kinda weak. We've only been able to deploy it in one type of way, and it only does 10 damage. WATTSONS FENCE DOES 35 but her ultimate only does 10. C'mon man 😭
