I’m curious to understand how much people actually invest in their careers over time. This could include formal education, coaching, certifications, online courses, relocating for jobs, etc.

How much have you roughly spent so far, and do you feel it was worth it in terms of growth, salary, or opportunities? Would you do anything differently?
