I’m sooo confused rnnnn

24f So I was diagnosed by swab in 2024, build the courage to go and got swabbed again, with visible symptoms like lesions, and the swab comes back negative???? I’m so confuseeee do I have it or nahhh, even more confused than I was before so does this mean I’m not transmissible if the swab of the area inside and out comes back negative I’m so confused rnn
