Could English clubs win all three European competitions this season?

With Nott Forest and Aston Villa facing each other in the Europa League semi-final, and Nott Forest winning the first leg 1-0 last night, there is guaranteed to be one English team in the European League final.

Crystal Palace also beat Shakhtar 3-1 in the Conference League semi-final first leg, while Arsenal still have the second leg at home against Atletico in the Champions League.

Could we actually see English teams winning all three European competitions this season?
