About to start VPR. Comment something I won’t get now but will later

I’m new to bravo reality shows and I am finally starting vanderpump rules. Comment something niche I won’t get now but will as I watch.

I’m hoping it lives up to the hype! I do like some good drama but wondering how much of these peoples personalities the show will show… is it clear it’s super fabricated or no?
