Anyone in a dog-friendly 2BR in the South End looking to transfer lease in Aug/Sept? Or broker recs?

I am a 30F working professional with a small dog looking for a 2BR lease under $5k in the South End beginning in August or September. As expected, most units I see on the market are not dog friendly. I know there are likely more units that will hit the market in the coming weeks, but curious if anyone on this sub is looking to transfer or pass on a lease w/ these criteria. Might be a shot in the dark, but given the speed these units fly off the market and the preference for tenants without dogs, I am trying to cast a wider net. Happy to provide more information in a DM.

Alternatively, if any dog owners here have worked w a broker who you found particularly helpful in finding dog-friendly apartments, please drop a rec! I have been in contact with a few, but they haven’t been very helpful.
