New Eyebrow piercing suddenly swollen?

Hi! I got my eyebrow pierced a week ago and up until now it was bruised and healing but today it had been a little angry at me, a few hours ago and my cat bonked it, and I took anap and woke up about 2 hours later and my eyelid is very swollen and it is a bit painful. Is this something I should go get checked out in an ER? I'm a bit of a hypochondriac but I'm concerned that my eyelid is drooping a bit from the swelling. I'm icing the area and just took ibuprofen to try to help the swelling go down but any input is appreciated!
