Dating a separated married man

I F26 dating for 1yr a M32 married man for a year. He’s been separated from his wife for almost two years after she cheated, and they mutually agreed to go their separate ways. I’ve even seen their conversations.

He’s a provider, kind, and my type—handsome and tall. I’m in love with him, but I can’t deny that I’m worried because he’s still legally married.

He says he hasn’t filed for an annulment yet because he’s still recovering from the debt his wife left him with, and I can see that it’s true.

What should I do? I need your advice.
