Chances at UTOkyo

Does University of Tokyo accept International applicants with a 1480 SAT and a 3+ High School GPA? I also have an IELTS score. Does anybody know the Scholarships offer and criterias for that ? (Fall 2026)

I'm aiming for english track engineering program.
