Has anyone taken CSE 151A after taking ECE 15 instead of CSE 29?

Hi everyone,

I’m a CE major, and for my major requirements, CSE 29 and ECE 15 are listed as alternatives, so I only need to take one of them. I took / am planning to take ECE 15.

However, I noticed that some CSE courses, such as CSE 151A, list CSE 29 as a prerequisite but do not mention ECE 15.

Has anyone here successfully enrolled in CSE 151A after taking ECE 15 instead of CSE 29? Would it be possible to submit an EASy request and get the prerequisite cleared, since ECE 15 is accepted as an alternative to CSE 29 for CE major requirements?
