Exam anxiety
Hey I know this feels really stupid to post. But I have been feeling full, horrible, Egregious and what not.
My CBSE(12th) results are coming soon, and it’s been really hard to stay calm. Every time someone mentions results, I feel anxious and my mind just starts overthinking everything. I keep thinking about how my exams went and whether I did enough, even though I know I can’t change anything now. I keep on getting the thoughts of failing, scoring low, not achieving what I wanted.
I did study and I tried my best, but I still feel like it might not be enough, especially when I think about my parents’ expectations. That part scares me the most. They have done a lot for me and I can't break their trust, they have been supporting me, and doing everything that was the best for me. I can't break their expectations at all I feel so bad and so stupid.
It’s getting difficult to focus on anything else, and I just feel mentally tired from thinking about it all the time.
Every time I think about results it feels like I messed it up really bad. And it is not a small thing, I have not been sleeping properly, not studying for my entrance test. It's not that I didn't do well but it is that I didn't do enough. And I know nothing can be changed and that's the only problem. Other board results are releasing and I feel more anxious and bad. Yesterday a fake post popped up and I thought results came and I refreshed the website at least 10 times while shivering and fast heart beat. I feel so sick man. What if I fail.
