Question about sign up and forms

So I have filled out a lot of the medical forms and info and haven’t been asked for my Driver license or a picture of it, ever. I was on RO and they didn’t ask for it. I’m just wondering if I should be concerned? I have chatted online with an awesome girl who was very helpful, but I’m worried a little. This past year I was scammed in a big and very bad way! Then hacked and they got to the PayPal acct of my husbands that we forgot all about, and then again, but I knew what to do and all about as good- Thank goodness.
I’m just a little weird about stuff now. Should I be???
