What might be driving my post-surgical complications?

question

Recap of earlier posts:

(Oral surgeon extracted tooth number 6 and placed bone graft. Had azithromycin for 5 days. Two days later, developed an abscess. Surgeon believed the infection had immunity to that, so put me on Clindamycin. 3 days into Clindamycin, pain and abscess were worse.)

4/29 Weds: Surgron incised/drained the abscess and cleaned the socket. Whether she removed the graft or replaced it, I don’t know bc I was disoriented from the procedure and didn’t ask.

Surgeon now says she does not think my abscess was caused by antibiotic-resistance. She unpacked the graft and said it looked “good; unremarkable.”

She thinks I’ve developed some kind of condition that is driving the infection. She’s done numerous surgeries in me over the last 10+ years, never had a complication until now.

She asked me to re-review the drugs I was taking and what conditions I had. I repeated what I told her earlier: lupus SLE with Sjorgen’s Syndrome; a recent history of kidney stones. Taking hydroxychloroquine and potassium citrate for the management of each. Do not drink, smoke, vape, use recreational anything. Late 50s female.

Any ideas? What might have contributed to the abscess persisting? Now I am terrified of getting yet another abscess from _this_ surgery.
