Civilian pay and career

I’m an avionics tech in the Air Force. I got 3 three years of experience on the A-10s and getting out via medical separation. I also have an Associate of Applied Science in Avionics Systems Technology and I have my FCC GROL license. How good is my shot of landing a higher paying, stable career especially in Arizona?
