Girl I’ve been seeing

So I met this girl on hinge and she gave me her number. We talk and I asked her how many guys do you talk to she said only me. She also said she deleted hinge. Now this is where the problem comes in she doesn’t want me to follow her on Instagram and doesn’t know I actually found it. I see that she is following new guys. This is a red flag no? Am I being played or she’s just looking for more options. My question is why did she give these other guys her IG and doesn’t want to give it to me giving me only her number.
